The biggest challenge for any contact centres has been to boost agent productivity. With all other operating costs fixed, any increase in agent productivity results in reduced cost per call connect. So contact center is keen on investing in various technology and processes to achieve & maintain high productivity. Landline number based calling and crowd-sourcing platform like Truecaller bring down call connect which impact productivity significantly. Alternates like GSM SIM gateways are often tried to boost call connect. However, GSM SIM Gateways are not regulatory complaint and create various other issues such as poor dialling speed, network congestion, unstable services, complexity for multi-location scaled delivery and blocked inbound call backs.

  • Virtual mobile number (VMN) and Mobile CLI based connectivity uses wireline access network with underlying wireless networks. We do not use any physical SIM card nor any GSM gateway. VMN can be used for inbound as well as outbound services. Experience shows - Mobile CLI based out calling increases call connects by at least 20% when compared to landline number CLI based out calling.
  • Our Mobile CLI connectivity uses SIP Trunk with hosted SBC, which can be readily integrated with your existing SIP based diallers such as Aspect, Asterisk. You can use your existing Dialer on an as-is basis without any API integration or report customisation.
  • We have developed proprietary algorithm to further increase call connect and avoid issues caused by number spam notification. This service is available only for consented calling and not for telemarketing purposes.
  • VMN for inbound delivers all the services which you can get on a traditional 1800 service at 20% lower cost e.g. you can route inbound call to any operator fixed/ mobile network, origin based routing, fail over routing, call recording and online change management.

  • The storage options include integration with AWS S3, Simple2Call storage packages and SecureFTP to customer server. Our 24x7 Managed services make sure our team monitors call recordings are securely transferred to desired destination and there are no backlogs.

  • For secure transfer, we use dual Internet service providers making sure 100% uptime for recording transfer. We encrypt customer call recordings at rest with 256 bit encryption for highest possible security.

  • Considering the criticality and compliance need for call recording, we internally generate various reconciliation reports to make sure all answered calls are recorded and securely transferred to desired destination.

  • We have integrated our administrator portal with AWS S3 and own recording platform for easy search, listen, download of recordings for one year period.
